Replace or repair defective frames or lenses with the same prescription for one year from date of purchase. Additional costs may apply to upgrades. Sorry, does not apply to loss or theft.

Direct Optical Limited Warranty
For a small fee, we will warranty your new eyeglasses for one year against any type of breakage. Just bring us the damaged eyeglasses with all parts and we will replace them for 50% off our everyday low prices. No questions asked. This policy also applies to similar frames with the same prescription.
